Yup.. Office has new way of filing up all the documents now...
Director wanna save costs... so all printing will be restricted soon...
Everything will be linked to the Copier.. which we have always been charged 5cents a copy..
So in future.. whatever we need to print out... will be printed out via the Copier.. which means.. we gotta PAY for whatever things we need to print out... Duhz....

Meaning... even before we go and see the client.. we need to spend a few dollars to print out a few quotations... coz we wont know which is the client's preference.. if the client decides not to take up anything.. there goes the few dollars... *ouch* :/

And hence... everything that we are gonna keep as reference will be saved via SCANNING.. and therefore, we'll not have to print out everything to keep.. we can also just email our clients the soft copy..so that we can all save the trees.. hehe.. :P

Just started to use the machine today... quite okay la... just that a little confused with the various functions of COPY and SEND... the ADDRESS BOOK and MAILBOX... hahah..
But its rather fun... hehe... and yes... more trees saved.. and more money saved too..
Coz I wont need to buy more Clear sheets and Black Files to file up everything... it'll all be e-Filing.. hehehe.. the risk?? if my thumbdrive crashes or if i lose my thumbdrive... *touchwood*

Yeah... the main problem now would be to transfer all the hardcopies i have for the past 4 years +++ which is equivalent to 5 BIG bulging files of documents that i need to saved to my thumbdrive... Errrr... looks like it'll just take me DAYSSSSSSSS to stand there and scan everything... if only... I have an assistant... hehehe...
I not very rich YET... so I can't afford to pay you VERY WELL... but if u dont mind some bucks... we can work things out... hehehe.. prob a few hours for a few days... will get it all done..while i continue to work and meet more clients... kekeke... :P
