Haha. Didn't go work today. Woke up at 7am. Supposed to be in office by 9am.
Felt soooo tired. And have been coughing..
Hence I sms-ed AO and Shanice and told them that I won't be going for training.
Need some rest. :p

Tossed about in bed while coughing all the while till about 1030am when Mum returned with Pork porridge.
$2. Plus 20cents for the plastic container. And nothing much.
Sigh.. wat kind of porridge is that?? :/

After breakfast, Mum suggested visiting Granny at TTSH. So we bathed and made our way there in cab. Wanted to be faster, however, we reached there almost same time as if we had taken a cab. *faintz*
The cabby gave us such a pissed look when I told him to go via Thomson route. :/
And he was travelling at 60km/hr throughout. What a law-abiding driver. If he had taken the CTE, it would have costed $12.80. Tested and proven.

Anyway, we stayed till about 2pm, before making our way to Suntec. Brought Mum to Cafe Cartel at Suntec. Hee.. as usual, my favourite Ribs!! Keke.. :P
Then we walked and shopped. Got a black cardigan for myself. $20 from DANO.
Need one. My existing one has faded and its a little too small. :p
Mum paid for me btw. Thanks Mum! :D
Tried some shoes, but I wasn't in the mood for shoes today.
Didn't really want to spend money on it.. since I've still got some that I can still wear.
Though I need a pair of beige or brown one.. hehe..

Then we tried to make our way home by taking bus 857. However, halfway through the journey, Mum needed to go toilet! Urgh..
We alighted at Boon Keng, searched for the toilet, shopped one round there, though nothin much, and took the train to Dhobby Ghaut to change to the North-South line.
Met Sis Sharon on the train! She came in at the door we were in. Such a coincident. Hehe. :)
Then we went Northpoint, wanted to get book covers, only to find out that Northpoint's Popular don't carry book covers! Hmmmm.... :(
So we took a bus back home, watched the TV, and at 945pm, realised that we haven't had dinner yet. Hahaha..
So I cooked some instant noodles, we filled our stomachs and I took a bath, and here I am...

Oh yah.. we had a Mudpie and some coffee and tea at CBTL as well. Mum wanted to eat some cakes. She had wanted to eat cheesecake.. but I bought Mudpie instead. Haha.. she complained and was so disappointed.. hehehe.. another day perhaps.. hehehe.. :)

Okie.. had a good day with mum.. spent time talking..walking..shopping.. hehe...
She encouraged me to go for SOT.. MMmmm... say that I should do it while I'm still young and has got no burdens.. hehe. true... and asked Emily to pray for me as well..
She'll tell me tomorrow. Well well... excited to know what it is.. hehee...

Sis Ann called and I'm supposed to report at about 7pm this sat for Usher Support. Need to help Service 3 with Holy Communion.. and need to prepare the bulletins... hehe.. And gotta be in church at 730am on Sunday to help support for Communion as well.. hehe.. so exciting to be doing so many things in the ministry.. hehehhe.. :)
Can't wait for saturday to come... and we'll be playing badminton as well on sat.. hehe... :)

Tomorrow's cell grp... and we'll be fasting... for a good cause! :)

Been some time since I last blogged...

Just finished [Why you act the way you do] by La Haye.
Rather interesting book on the 4 basic temperaments.

- Choleric
- Melancholy
- Philegmatic

Begin to understand why certain people just gotta behave that way and what kind of temperament suits what kind of people. Heh. Its just amazing how accurate the analysis was.. haha.. :)

Guess I'm more of Choleric+Melancholic... Mmm.. but I didn't used to think I'm that. Havent reallly did the test yet.. haha.. yeah..when I've already finished the book.. Ironic huh.. haha.. The book's not mine, you see? So I had to wait for an appropriate time to photostat that page in order to try the test. Heh.

Life's been pretty..... I dunno...Work and church and ministry..
Cool.. learning new stuffs in Usher.. and its fun! :)

Thank God for his abundance of blessings and I indeed feel so blessed.
But I'm guilty of not spending enough time with Him.. I'm spending time daily.. but I think its not enough... I had to do more..
SOT registration is open.

God, now what? Last sunday's sermon talked about David. Even when his 2 wives were captured, he asked God if he should persue the troops. God answered that he should and that he'll take over them and win... Even in little little things, David would put God first and consult Him... I wonder if that verse was speaking to me as well.
God asking me to persue SOT.. and that I'll still triumph in my career.

Something's stopping me. Is it fear? Lack of faith? Or is it the devil?
I do want to go for SOT. Yet, I think I'm afraid of the commitment.
I mean, I don't want to go into it, just coz I wanted to do it.
But I want to do it, next year, coz its God's timing.
It would be difficult if God didn't asked me to do it next year.
I was very enthusiastic about it before.
Somehow, I've lost that kind of enthusiaism..
But my heart beats each time I think of SOT...
God, I need an obvious answer...
I'm desperate to hear from you.
Speak to me, as only You can.

Mmm... been a couple of days since I last blogged.
Been real busy.. and tired.. dunno with what. But just tired.

I just thats the post-driving syndrome. Haha..
Always feel so tired and drained after days of driving..

Well, business been rather good recently. And I really give God all the Glory! Hallelujah! :D
Been closing a number of cases recently and I can really see my breakthrough coming!! Amen. I thank the cell group for keeping me in prayers, esp brothers like Kean. Hee.. so sweet of him.. :)

Mmm.. been slacking also in office. Many things to do.
Dunno I'm really working or not. Haha. I guess I am.
Else where did the cases come from? Heh. :p

Have an appt at NYP tomorrow. But guess I wont be going. Didnt managed to get the person. Don't wanna waste my time. Shall go for meeting instead. Heh. :p

Happy Happy. Get up early to go office to prepare my submission and to be ready for something good.

Tomorrow's Monday. And car's gonna be gone.. :(

Had the car since Wednesday evening and I've been really travelling alot. Phew.. can't imagine how much cab fare that would have costed me had I not have the car. Keke.. :D

Been really long and tiring and it's due to the fact that I've went all over Singapore (and i really mean, ALL OVER).. just today, I was in church early in the morning for my FIRST USHER duty! Yaay!! Cool.. good.. Hope I'll do better next time.. though I didn't make any major mistakes or any mistakes at all... :)

And went to Ghufran Mosque at Tampines for a Peace One Ceremony. Some peace obesrvation thingy. Only a short short while and thank God I had the car. Imagine from Boon Lay to Tampines for that....15minutes? hehe.. but we were there for a good cause. As a representative of God. :D

And then back home to meet Mum for dinner.. and then to come back. Had Sakae Sushi! Yesh.. my favourite.. but getting kindda sick.. haha.. always eating the same thing leh.. Mmmm. time to change to something else soon.. heheh.. just had it last Sunday, come to think of it. Heh. And now again! Hehe.. and again on the 20th! Hee.. that's next Monday! Gosh.. but its ok I guess.. hee.. hope to accumulate more receipts so that I can apply for Dad's card! Yaay.. then we'll have 3 vouchers in a year. And its $20 each! Hehee.. nice nice.. this time round.. Mum's birthday gift came with a Crepes and Cream $20 as well! Woah!! :p

Yah.. now i'm dried out..physically.. and I can't take it anymore.. I gotta have a good rest.. before I start fighting again tomorrow!

Mum's birthday tomorrow. Didn't get her anything yet.. dunno if I should.. dunno wat to get also.. Mmmmmmmmm... updates tomorrow... :D

Wah.. I can't imagine the amount of distance I've travelled with the car since Wed evening...

After I got the car on Wed evening, I went back home, met with Peiwen. Then we went Chomp Chomp with Jingguang and Wenhan... and then back home. Reached home at about 12am...

Thursday...
Delivery day. Sent mooncakes to my clients. Met Ms Tay at NYP, Mr & Mrs Chia at AMK Mac, then to NUS to meet Mr Ng, Mr Soh, Ms Chan, and then back to office at Paya Lebar to submit some documents, then to Aljunied to fetch Peiwen. Wanted to go Queensway for dinner. Lost my way somehow and we took about 45min to reach Queensway from Aljunied. Couldn't find the way to ECP.. haha.. in the end.. i went all the way to Suntec... Esplanade.. Temasek Towers.. then to East Coast Parkway. Kaoz.. Then reach Queensway... had Bah Kut Teh at the hawker.. not bad.. nice nice.. cheap as well... Then went Queensway to get my pair of Sports shoes. Old one spoil liaoz... Then sent Peiwen back at about 9pm. Reached home about 945pm. Bathed and changed and then back to church. Boon Lay. After prayer meeting, sent Bro Kenneth and Kelly back to Thomson, Sis Sharon back to AMK Ave 1, Bro Jon back to Khatib and then finally home. Reached home at about 2am! A long long day.....

Friday.
Had appt at Causeway Point at 1230pm. After that, went to Simei to meet Mr Seah. Got the CAL signed. And then to Tampines Mall to fetch Sherry. Back home to prepare refreshments for CG. Cooking Spaghetti. Hehe.. glad that they all enjoyed it.. hehee.. happy happy!! :)
Then to Bedok for Max's great-grandmother's wake. Then sent Emily & Max & Isabelle back home. Then home. Phew. Not as hectic as yesterday. But still long day driving.. phew...
Power of having a car.. but i dun mind though. If there'r people paying for my petrol in future.. maybe next time. When I get a car, i'll put a box for love offering.. hehee.. i think if people put in some $$$$... I'll have quite a lot also.. hehe. at least dun take me for granted ma.. I dun mind sending u all the way.. sacrifice some time only.. but at least compensate me back a little lah.. hahaha.. with some money for petrol.. hehe.. still cheaper than Cab fares know?? hahaha.. If God'll grant me my wish though.. to have a car... pray hard hard... hehee..

Met Fabian at 245am. Went Sembawang Shopping Centre there to have supper. Hehe.. Bian treated me. Thanks pal! :D

Went to fetch him and sent him back. Heh. Good.. Had a short little chat.. but ok lah.. long time no catch up liaoz.. hehe..

Its almost 5am now.. better get some rest... phew... tmr another delivery day.. *Yawn*

Kenneth's back from China-Guangdong.
He's the first missionary sent out from W204 into China. Hallelujah! :D
I'm he'd gotten a life changing experience and I believe he'll rise up even more eventually. Praise God for that. He's always been a supportive senior since school days. And I still thank him for the seed that he planted in me years back. Though I wasn't that receptive to him then, well.. he still sowed the seed in me. Heh. And for conning me into Science Club. Hah. :p

Wai Sum & Wai Teng got baptised today as well. Congratulations on taking this step of faith and obedience to do God's will. Praise God for that as well. Looks like things are happening real fast and many people are having and facing lotsa breakthroughs in their lives. Thats a good thing. I wanna move on as well. And to grow and contribute more into CG and Church.

Bro Jon asked if I'm ready to go to Jiangxi. I told him that I'll have to pray about it. He asked why should I need to? If I'm all ready and available. Mmmm.. is it? Mmmm.. can start praying and thinking about it. Looks challenging enough. But of course, its not gonna be easy and I'll really have to build up my Spiritual life to be a living testimony there. Phew.. Stressed. But with God, all things are possible. I'm really considering it. And I really wanna seek the peace that I'll need. Jiangxi... I'm coming... (I might be coming..) :p

Financially wise, I can make it this time. Time and place actually matches. I'll be getting my big pay check on the 10th. And the mission trip is 8th-12th October. Mmm.. Over the weekend. Mmmm.. I wanna go.. To have the experience of my life. And to be changed and moulded by God once again. Phew.. Life-chaning experience. :)

God, I pray that u'll prepare me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for this trip. Show me the way and lead me, guide me to Your Path! Hallelujah.

The title of cell group's message tonight.

It was really like a message for me. I felt as though I was being disciplined. :<
Where's my fire that I used to have for the people around me? Why am I not doing what I'm supposed to be doing? Where have the fire gone?
Am I dead? Am I a rotten tree?

I dunno where I've dropped my axehead. But I want to find it back. I want to do more. I want to be a good evangelist. I want to be fruitful and multiply.
God, I want to do Your Will!

I felt like I was being reprimanded. Holy Spirit was prompting me. He was discipling me. Every word and sentence that came out from Bro Jon was like a word, a rhema word, for me. And what am I gonna do about it? It'll determine my destiny, my life.

I've said sometime ago that something's wrong. And I know not what. Now I know. Its evangelism. Its about being fruitful. When's the last time I brought someone to church? What have I done for God in the past 1 year? So much for wanting to attend Victorious Living, SOT. But what have I done? How can God promote me?

Am I doing what I have to do? Am I doing enough?

I pray that God'll increase my capacity to do more things, change my mindset and thinking, mentality, cause my eyes to be opened and let my ears hear. Cause my mouth to shut up and have the heart to listen. Let Your Will be done.... Amen.

You might come off as kind of edgy, but you'll never actually achieve snob status, because let's face it: you don't care a whole helluva lot about what other people are up to. And in a snob's world, you have to spend a lot of time comparing everything. You've got your own agenda. If some people feel like you're a little chilly at first, they see your sincere side soon enough. With a decent grasp on reality, it's hard to look down your nose at everything that comes your way. On the flipside, you're not into sugar-coating things, either. You're the ideal combination of someone who knows what she wants, as well as a gracious recipient when you actually get it. So while you're no pushover, no one can ever accuse you of acting seriously superior.

Heh. Back from a good game of Netball! :D

Mmm.. good in the sense I really played. But then, don't think I've done well on the courts. The only excuse-Havent been playing for ages! Haha. :p

Had a number of mis-passes, shots, and didn't catch a few passes. Hah. Not all that bad. I had a number of good shots as well. Played I think about 4-5 games at least.. I think.. and played GA in the end. Heh. :)

Had many sessions of shooting. Heh. Nice. Whole body workout and I think this is the cheapest form of exercise. SL was right in suggesting that I should go back to play Netball. MMm.. She has been asking me to do that since.... I joined her. But I was always lazy. Hah. Lynn, Yanling & Liyun went as well. Got company, that's why I went. Heh. But then again, they all enjoyed themselves. Which is good. At least everyone had fun, though Lynn & Yanling had to leave early as Yanling's hubby came to fetch her. Hee. soo good. :D

Work's ok today. Had a few appts. Opened another case and tomorrow going to close case. Hehe. Good!! Mmm.. shall finish up the file for Mr Heng and gonna meet him tomorrow! Have a good rest! Body's aching all over now.. Mmmmm.... :<
