Hi, long time no blog. And I'm really tired now.
Had a very eventful week in church. Was literally and physically in church for like 15hours? From 745am in the morning, to get a good seat at the first row, and then to laze around in the cafe till about 855am.
Class starts at 9am btw. Looks like this batch of SOT are all very
kiasu.
I wonder if we are the only ones. Maybe we were born in this generation. Haha. Or was it just me? But reaching at 805am during the 1st week didn't get me any good seat and hence I made a resolution to be early and sit in front! :)
And when class ends at 1pm, we'll have lunch, and stayed in the cafe on Tuesday all the way till Pst Ulf Ekman's conference starts at 730pm and ended about 1030pm. Went to Vara's place to nap with Paulyn on Wednesday for about an hour before having dinner and back to church to queue to go down and attend Pst Ulf's conference at 715pm till about 10pm. Went to Joy's place on Thursday to see see look look before leaving at 5pm for dinner and then Pst Ulf's conference at about 710pm? Yes. It started earlier and earlier. All because the crowd got earlier and earlier. Thank God for being in SOT. Haha. We managed to get seats at the floor area and around the 8th-9th row. Rather good view.
Good message preached. Powerful and anointed messages and really speak to my heart. He spoke on Friendship/Brotherly Love on Tuesday, Missions and missionaries on Wednesday and Jesus-Humility on Thursday.
After 3 long days, class still resume on Friday morning. Could tell that everyone was really tired physically. But we still endured through. It was good. :)
Services started on Friday. 8pm. So I went home after class and took a nap before going back to church and meet the guys for dinner. And the rest of the services fell in on sat 430pm and 7pm. Sunday 9am, 1130am and 2pm!
Phew... Everyone was real drained out. All the praising and worshipping was indeed worthwhile! Hallujah!
Oh.. and I finally got one of the free givaway book in Service 6!! Praise God for that! I was anticipating where the brother would throw and somehow I knew that his next throw would be mine!! Praise God!! I got
Financial Freedom.
Haha.. I really wondered if it really was meant for me! I think I got that book for Serene during last Christmas. I think so. Unless it was another author that I got for her. Give and it'll be given unto you. And I got the same book back! Haha. Hallelujah!! :D
Pst Ulf preached about our Holy Calling during the services, building on the previous services at each service. Each time, there was just new revelation. Praise God. It was real good. Too tired to list them down now.. I shall continue another day... in case u think I went misssing.. I was just toooo busy and tired last week!
Praise God for a brand new week and brand new beginning! HallelujaH! :D

Everything ready and settled for CNY.
Just came back with 2 new blouses.
No new bottoms this year.
Just tops.
A black one and a white one.
MMmm...
No colors this year. :/
Dad just came our from bathroom.
Mum went in.
My turn next.
And we'll be off to Grandma's place.
Uncle is alone at home.
So we are there to accompany him for new year.
First new year without Ah Ma ard.
And it feels kindda weird.
No more Ah ma house on first day.
I wonder what'll happen next year.
Would we still go there?
And where would we be going then?
Is everyone else lost too?
We all used to visit Ah ma on 1st day, then to other places, and then back to ah ma house on 2nd day.
And we'll usually be there for the whole day.
Everyone gathers around, playing, gambling, chatting....
Whats up this year??
Mmmmmm..... will be back home tomorrow night.
And Mum's sisters are coming over to our place on Chu 2.
We'll have another smaller gathering. Heh.
More civilised people around. Haha.. Mostly ladies. In fact, 90% ladies.
Hahah....
Dad's side are full of boys. Yes. Boys. All childish.. hahaha..
Mum's side are mostly grown-ups. The youngest? Already 21 this year. Hahah..

Finally!! After 3 half days of hard work, my room is done.
Packed and unpacked most of the stuffs...

My photo albums are now in a much convenient place.
Easier to take out for shows. Haha..
And arranged enough space to put books thats gonna start coming in once SOT starts... Hehe.. exciting...
Orientation is on 14th Feb.

Its been 7 days since Ah Ma passed away...
The feelings of sadness still lingers around...
I've never thought that I'll be this sad..
And surprisingly, I am..
Heard of things that she used to tell others about me..
Which I haven't heard of, nor did I thought that she would really be that happy to know that I've graduated from NUS... and given her some money...
Among the 21 cousins, I'm the only ONE that is a graduate.
The rest, I shall not mention.
She is indeed proud of me. But she never show it on her face.
She didn't fancy me since young. And always prefers my eldest cousin, 10 days older than me. A He.
Every good thing has been given to them. None for me.
But I know that things started changing as she got older.
I dunno its cause she has opened her mindset, or that I have proved myself worthy.
I've many regrets. For not spending enough time talking to her.
I really dunno what I have been thinking. Was I bearing grudge against her?
I doubt it. I was just plain lazy. Yes, LAZY!!
I just can't be bothered to sit there talking to her, and I wonder why.
It could have been times of real good heart-to-heart chat.
And I could have hear better things.
But its all too late..
She's gone... FOREVER....
Can't hear her voice anymore.
And all that remains, is just her face in my memory, her image in the last days, where she is simply left with skin and bones.. and my graduation photo taken at the studio. I'm glad I asked her along to take the photos.
She was indeed happy to see that. She had such a smily face then.
Bye Ah Ma... I'll always remember you........
Bless her, Lord I pray.. that on her way.. she'll meet souls who are Christians, and who'll spread the Gospel with her.. and that she'll change her route...
I dunno if that'll ever happen, maybe in my dreams, maybe it'll really happen...
In Jesus's name I pray,
Amen.
