Been to the doctors 7 times since Dec 2004.

1st time to my usual doctor opposite my place.

2nd and 3rd time to a chinese sinseh at AMK.

4th time back to my doctor opposite my place.

5th time to Tampines Raffles Medical as i've got rashes then.

6th time to the doctor opposite church.

7th time back to the doctor opposite church.

1st few times were just diagnosed as having 'cold' cough.
Means no 'cooling' food and fruits.

On the 5th time, was given steriods for anti-inflammation of my throat and to reduce its sensitivity, together with some pills for rashes.

On the 6th visit, went to the clinic opposite church as they said got discount!
haha. Wanting to save some money, I went.
He said I have asthma. *opps*
Gave me an inhaler and some pills for flu as I had flu then. Yep.
No charge! Praise the Lord! God knows how much I've left in my bank!!!!!! :p

But I think the condition got worse. Dunno its because of what I ate. Or really the system inside hay-wired liaoz... hahha..

So, went back again yesterday to check. He said i have upper respiratory tract infection and that could have aggravated my asthma!! *opps opps!!*

So, 4 different types of medicine given.

- 2 bottles of cough mixture
- Dhatalin for cough (or asthma, rather)
- Some more pills for cough (dunno what is it..)
- Anti-biotics.

MMmmm.. And guess what? As I was asking the receptionist how much, she said "Doctor's not charging you..."
Wah!! I really didn't expect that. I thought probably its just the 1st time that he don't charge. He didn't charge the 2nd time too!!
Woah!! God is really good.

After like 5 dosages of medicine, (2 yesterday and 3 today) I think i'm getting better. Plus all the prayers that my dearest brothers and sisters are giving me.
Indeed, it's such a joy to be in the presence of God and His family!

You are never alone when you are with the body of Christ. Hehehe.. :)

SOT team prayed for me today as well. I'm so blessed!!! :)

God, I trust in You to give me the healing that I need and I trust that You will see me through in all circumstances. I thank You that You are Jehovah Rapha, my Healer!

Phew.. what a week.. Been really really tiring.
SOT in the mornings, a short rest in the afternoons, Live recordings at nights, rushed back home.. and the cycle repeats itself for 3 whole days!
From Rehearsal on Tue, and the REAL thing on Wed and Thur!
But its all worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hallelujah!! God's presence was simply awesome the 3 nights.
We were all simply praising and worshipping God like crazy!
It was a fantastic good time! To those who missed it.. TOO BAD!! Hahahah..

No lah.. i'm not so bad.. but then, its really a pity that YOU didnt go.
What to do, exams, assignments and etc stops people from going. And also the limited tickets thingy. But I'm sure all who were there had the best of their time. This is the 5th album that CHC is recording and I bet this will be the best one thus far! Trust me!! Hahaha..
It should be launched in June/July and the DVD in August.. I think... if I didnt remember wrongly.. kekeke..

This year is really an awesome year for me so far. Things been happening pretty fast... and i've been very busy, and so many things are happening!
Its so fast that I can't even take a breather. Already been to 3 overnight prayer meetings, and i think 2 weeks of 6 services/week! Phew..
It is REALLY tiring. I wouldnt have come out of it without God's strength sustaining... Glory to God!! :)

And the books that we've been reading.. wah... its really a lot to comprehend.. haha..

But life's been fulfilling so far.. good good.. hehehe...
Just still something lacking in life.. Mmmm...well well... if you know what it is, yeah.. that's the thing.. if you don't know, then too bad... Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment.. hahaha...

MMmmm... had a good rest today. Slept till about 11am? Woken up by Bro Kelly's call. A new friend can only go for today's service last minute. So was asked if I can accompany him together with Bro Kenneth. I had intended to stay at home to do my assignment today. Some of my fellow mates are already at chapter 20++++... and you know what? I was just at chapter 2... in the midst of READING chapter 2!!!!
I can't accompany him la.. much as I want to.. I guess I need to have wisdom as well. Can't do everything all the time. There are times I really need to prioritise. So I told him I needed to do my assignment.

He replied to say that Bro Adrian would go with them! Praise the Lord! At least I won't feel bad. Can't be me doing everything all the time yeah? Need others to be involved and help out too!! hehee...

Oh yah.. Wai Sum and Adrian were promoted to OM last week!! Congratulations!!!

Yeah.. so as usual, vacuumed and mopped the floor, bathed and then have my brunch. It was already 1pm i think. Then I started to do my assignment.. Can't really remember what time I started doing. But I think it was 1pm. By the time I left my computer seat, it was 7pm. Yeah, I had to read and type yeah? And I started from Chapter 1 again. It was a pretty long time back the last time I read chapter 1 & 2 lah. And it was just pure reading. Didn't even know what I read k... hehehe..

So.. I finished till Part I, which is chapter 8! Hallelujah!
At least done something productive at home. By the way, this book has got 500++ pages, and 52 chapters... heheh.. so.. i've still a long way to go.. nonetheless, I got it started. Thank God I finished Good Morning, Holy Spirit last week. And its a group assignment. So, not so stress.

Guess I got to finish at least 2-3 chapters for the remaining days to come and try to accomplish as much as I can during the weekends. 2 consecutive weekend services coming. Doubt I'll have time on Saturdays to do it. Mmm.. think I'll have to do it on Sundays as well.. No rest till I've got it done! Yea....

Alright.. gotta talk to Daddy liaoz... gotta get Bee Hoon for the Ushers tomorrow. Heheh.. And.... yes... I've SPENT alot of money these 2-3 weeks.. ON CABS!!!!!!!
Urgh..... still trying to exercise self-control.. but... I'm always wrestling not with flesh and blood.. but time!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahahah.....
Sleep.. sleep.. sleep... lack of sleep......................

hehhee..okok.. better get going.. so that i can have sufficient rest tonite.
Gonna get up at 530am.. and then gotta take cab to church.. can u imagine if i take bus.. i need to get up at.......5am??????? *faintz*..............

The book that changed my life. I believe that will be forever.
[Good morning, Holy Spirit] by Benny Hinn.
It's part of my SOT assignment. And this book's a group project.
Guess that makes it more enjoyable to read.
I realized that I can't read under pressure. Though I've been reading so much last year. And this year. But when it came to [A life of Victory] by Ulf Ekman, I had so much resistance in reading.
Didn't really enjoy reading it totally. Though I still learnt from that book, but the stress made is less enjoyable. :p

Reading Good Morning, Holy Spirit was entirely different. It was soooo enjoyable.. and life-changing. It was simply awesome. I wasn't motivated to read it till Vivien told me what it was about. It's Benny Hinn's life testimony. You can't imagine how real the Holy Spirit is to him. He is simply so awesome! I wanted what he experienced too. I wanted the Holy Spirit to be so close to me. I want to really know and understand the Holy Spirit, just as I would a friend. A good friend. A blink of an eye and you would know what the Holy Spirit is thinking about. It's not easy. And it doesn't happen just like that. You need time. You always need time to know a person. It's a process.
And I'm so excited to begin on this journey of re-discovering who He is. And to once again be reminded of His power, presence and majesty! He's simply too gentle to be grieved. And too soft to be hurt. I never want to hurt Him, or grieve Him. I can't afford to do that or bear that. My heart would break.

I consecrated my life to God at 12.00am 'last night'. (it was already 12am you see?)
I surrender my self wholly to Him. I wanted to do what He has purposed in my life. And I know life's never going to be the same again. I never want to let fear stop me from doing what I am supposed to.
It was very challenging and takes a lot of sacrifice. But i'm prepared.
What have I to lose now? I'm single, no worries, no baggage, nothing to tie me down from doing what I can.

If I don't fulfill my destiny from now on, when am I supposed to do it?
I'm still in the midst of reading that book. And I'm finishing. I'm already at the last chapter. And I started just yesterday. Saturday. Yes. It's a book to wonderful to behold and you can never put it down. It is awesome.

My encounter last night was awesome too. I've never experienced that in my quiet time. And I found true meaning in it. Quiet time will never be the same again!! I can't wait to experience it all over again. God is indeed awesome!

Father, I pray that Holy Spirit will be my Helper at all times.
Teaching me how to pray, what to pray, and lead me not into temptations.
Holy Spirit, I ask that you will help me not to grieve you all the days of my life..
Please continue to show Yourself real to me, and let Your power flow through me to impact and change lives of many people.

Last friday, after Pastor Tan ended his message on Holy Spirit and prayer, we had some time ministering in the spirit. He have a word for some people.
And then we were to exercise our faith and to get into groups of twos and to pray and prophesy for one another.

We were to group up with people whom we do not know. People we have never spoken to!
That was challenging! But we have done that before in CG. Hehehe.. so its okie.. kekeke...

Anyway, the first sister I paird up with was Caijuan. She's from Taiwan. Had a little difficulty as I had to pray for her in Chinese. And that's not so fluent. But nontheless, I prayed. I just felt the love of God that is in her and is so strong and I prayed for her.

When she prayed for me, I almost fell off. It was SOOOO accurate!
She mentioned about having fears that stop me from doing things that God has asked me to. She felt that God has already showed me the direction and I was to remove any fear and do what I was called to do! *stunned* She said she don't know what it was, but she knows that God had shown me the way. Yes, I know it. And fear and doubt has always stop me, prevent me from believing it. I felt inadequate. I felt inferior.
But she gave me such confirmation and encouragement that I just can't ignore.
I know God is real. Prophecies are to confirm what God has already told you. And she was right. *phew*

Next, we were to change partner and prophesy for one another.
It was a sister from Chinese church. I think she is a leader. I felt such boldness and a strong character in her that I can't describe. It was so strong and bold!
The moment she prophecied, tears came down again. Guess what she said?
"I feel that you are seaching for something. And you are looking for a direction. But God has already showed you the direction. Do not fear. And know that you are on the right track. You are in His will. Just continue on in this track and you will do what you have been called to do. I see a vision of you running. Its a race that you will finish. You have a success life."
*wide-eyed*
Both said similar things. And on the same issue. God is really real.
It was a day that begin to change my life. This is just the beginning. More is to come...

I would never forget this day as long as I shall live. God once again showed Himself so true and real to me. Hallelujah!

Hehe..

Its been a long long while and I've almost forgotten that I've to add in a post!
Not till Sayang reminded me on our date that I've not post in a month! *gasp*

We finally had our long awaited Buffet Dinner at Cafe Vienna at Royal Plaza Hotel by the courtesy of Sayang for helping her to get a job!
Haha.. that was like... 6 months ago?

Due to our never-stop-changing appointments and schedules, we've postponed it countless times. Haha. :)

And we finally met up on Wednesday, 30th March 2005 at about 630pm. Haha.

It was indeed good!!! Too bad my stomach wasn't big enough to enjoy more of each item, from the Main courses (Pasta, Seafood, Chicken, Duck, Mutton) to the Salads to the cakes and pastries and then the Chocolate fondue!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh man..
The strawberries were finished by the time I decided to attack it! :(

Sayang: I'm looking forward to the next treat ok. And I make sure I'll definitely attack the Strawberries! Hahahhahaha... Relak relak.. just kidding...
Maybe we go dutch... :) hahahahhaha.....

Anyway, I almost can't breathe after the meal. It was definitely too much for me.
I've not eaten that much in months!
It was horrible! Taking into account that I've just fasted for a week prior to the big eating. hahahaha...

My stomach obviously wasnt able to handle all those junk! Phew..
And I'm still living with the consequences now. Bigger stomach and tummy. :/
This ain't good. :(

Anyway, life's been pretty hectic. And that's an understatement.
Running about everyday from SOT to work, or home when I can't take it. Heheh. :)
Many information being fed and many things learnt. Its really awesome I tell you. Awesome! :)

Shall fill you with more when I have the time. Just woke from a 2 hour nap and I'm going to change and go for Cell group now!

Expect a great atmosphere tonight with 3 new friends joining us for the first time.
Easter was awesome.

*phone rang* Bro Kenneth called to inform that Josephine(new friend) is already there! Gosh! That's early! We were supposed to meet at 645pm. And I'm going to be late for now. Hahah.. yet to get my refreshments.. keke...
